I Love to Teach Art

Thank you for visiting Think Create Art!  Teaching art is my passion.  I feel it is my job, and opportunity every day,  to teach students to discover new talents, spark interest, develop self-esteem, learn new information, widen imagination and create an open-mind in art through art education.  My hope for my students is that I can create a positive atmosphere for them to make and be proud of their art!

Here are a few things about me:
- Since graduating from Wittenberg University, I have taught K-8th grade art in public and private schools.
- Currently I own Think Create Art Studio and teach private art lessons to preschool students and kids K-8th grade to high school students creating their college portfolios.
- I also teach part time at BayArts
- When I am not teaching art, I love to spend time with my husband and our kids, decorate, teach fitness classes, practice yoga, read, & cook.  We love to travel and spend time with our family and friends as well!
-In my classes, we do all sorts of art- from painting, sculpting and printing to drawing, photography, and weaving- we are always thinking about and creating beautiful art!
