Upside Down Paintings- Fifth Grade

Inspired by Pablo Picasso, we used our right brains to create an upside down painting of a famous landmark. The fifth graders thought this was crazy- to paint upside down! But they ended up really enjoying the process. They really covered every country from Japan to France! We are not finished yet because we are going to create a collage in the background representing the landmark. I can't wait for the kids to get there!

This looks great, Did the kids copy off an image or just from memory?
